Cost of Treatment
The cost of treatment varies with the severity of the problem and the length of the treatment. Many problems can be treated successfully with limited treatment at relatively inexpensive fees. What you spend on orthodontics should equal or surpass the value received.
Payment Options
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We take into consideration a wide spectrum of financial situations and offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
If you want to begin treatment without an initial fee and want to take between 36-48 months to pay with a possible tax benefit, please contact us for further information. Another option includes an initial appliance placement fee, after which affordable monthly no-interest payments are divided over the months the patient is in treatment.
We also offer a discount to patients who pay in full.
If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
It has been our experience that the best results are achieved with a system that allows responsible parties to pay for their orthodontic care and then be reimbursed directly by their insurance carrier.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. We are eager to help every patient receive the maximum reimbursement from their insurance company, and we submit insurance claims for all of our patients without charge.
To help us with your insurance filing, please bring your insurance information with you at the time of your first visit.
